Ahmad Sahir Jais is a Lecterur/Head of Program for Diploma in Foodservice (Halal Practice) in Politeknik Merlimau Melaka; with a teaching experience of more than 15 years on the discipline of tourism and hospitality. Possess a master degree in foodservice management, and currently pursuing his PhD in the areas of collaborative consumption and sharing economy. His area of expertise includes halal training, internal halal auditing, shariah compliance standards, Muslims friendly practices and gastronomy (both local and international cuisines).
